An experienced maritime practitioner, Tom Sullivan handles civil litigation in state and federal courts. He defends marine, insurance, and other business clients in commercial and personal injury cases, as well as in state and federal regulatory matters.
Mr. Sullivan served for several years as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company, where he handled a variety of corporate and litigation matters in the transportation, manufacturing and development industries. These included class actions, as well as commercial, employment and intellectual property cases. Since returning to private practice at the firm, he draws upon this experience in advising clients in litigation, business and regulatory matters. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit court civil mediator. Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis and served in the United States Navy.
