Ann Winfield
awinfield@mppkj.comAnn M. Winfield practices in the areas of general civil litigation, concentrating in commercial litigation and insurance defense law. Ms. Winfield was in private practice in Jacksonville between 1996 and 2001. Prior to returning to private practice with the firm in September 2008, she served as counsel for CSX Transportation, Inc. where she handled sensitive and high risk litigation matters.
Ms. Winfield is admitted to practice in Florida. She is a member of The Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bar, and the Federal Bar Association – Jacksonville Chapter.
Ms. Winfield earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University (B.S., magna cum laude, 1990) and her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D., 1995). From 1995 to 1996, she clerked for the Honorable Leslie Southwick, Court of Appeals of Mississippi.
