Eric L. Hearn
elhearn@mppkj.comEric Hearn’s practice concentrates on all areas of business and real estate transactional law, estate planning, probate and guardianship administration, real property matters, and commercial litigation including alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and binding arbitration.
Mr. Hearn is a member of The Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association. He is also an active member of the Board of Governors of the Propeller Club for the Port of Jacksonville.
Mr. Hearn is a graduate of Florida State University (1992 – B.S. Criminology, magna cum laude) and the University of Miami School of Law (1996 - J. D., magna cum laude).
