Mr. Prichard is a member of the Jacksonville (President, 1988-1989, Young Lawyers Section, 1982-1983) and American Bar Associations; The Florida Bar; National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (SE Regional VP, 1991, Executive Committee, 1987-1992); American Board of Trial Advocates; Florida Defense Lawyers Association; Maritime Law Association of the United States; Defense Research Institute; and the Judicial Nominating Commission, Fourth Judicial Circuit, 2004 – present .
Mr. Prichard obtained his undergraduate (B.A.) and law (J.D.) degrees from the University of Florida in 1968 and 1973 respectively. He served in the U.S. Army from 1968-1971 and is a Vietnam veteran.
