Charlie Trippe is Of Counsel to the Firm, having been a partner of the Firm from 2001 to 2011 and from 2012 to 2017.
After nearly fifteen years of civil litigation practice with major law firms, he became the chief litigation counsel of one of the country’s largest freight railroads from 1994 through 2001. He joined the Firm in 2001, continuing to practice in the area of civil litigation. In addition to his years with the Firm, he served as General Counsel to both the Governor of Florida and the Attorney General of Florida, and as the Chief Counsel of the Federal Aviation Administration. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, as well as an experienced arbitrator.
