Since joining the firm in 1999, Eric Hearn has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including transportation and logistics, restaurants, construction and publishing. Previously, he worked at a firm that focused almost exclusively on representing technology clients.
Mr. Hearn’s focus areas include an active commercial litigation practice, with experience in alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and binding arbitration. He has pursued his clients’ interests in both state and federal courtrooms.
Mr. Hearn is a past president of the Propeller Club for the Port of Jacksonville.
