Since joining the firm in 1978 after four years as an in-house attorney for Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company (now CSX Transportation, Inc.), Bill Prichard has accumulated over thirty years of jury trial experience, primarily in the defense of corporate clients.
Prior to law school, Mr. Prichard served in the U.S. Army, attaining the rank of first lieutenant. He was airborne qualified and served as a member of an artillery battalion in Vietnam from 1970 to 1971, receiving the Bronze Star Medal with “V” device and the Purple Heart.
