An experienced trial lawyer, Jim Moseley practices in the area of complex civil litigation with particular emphasis on insurance, personal injury, commercial litigation and maritime matters. He has prepared and tried many cases in the federal and state courts of Florida and Georgia.
Mr. Moseley is a past president of the Jacksonville Bar Association and is currently serving as an officer of the Maritime Law Association of the United States. He has served as a chairman of several committees of the Maritime Law Association and has acted as a speaker and a port director for the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute.
An alumnus of Leadership Jacksonville and the Philanthropic Initiative Fund, Mr. Moseley has served on the Community Solutions Committee of the United Way of Northeast Florida. He is a past president of the Propeller Club of Jacksonville.
